Before your pet’s appointment, we ask that you please take time to read through our hospital and payment policies so you know what to expect during your visit. We can’t wait to see you and your four-legged friend!

Appointment Policy

To provide the best care for every patient, we operate primarily by appointment to allow ample time for exams, treatments, and scheduled surgical procedures. While we strive to stay on schedule, emergency cases will always take top priority, which may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we make every effort to see each client promptly.

Patient Arrival Policy

To ensure the safety and health of all pets in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. While we work hard to create a calm environment, pets may feel uneasy in new surroundings or around unfamiliar animals. For everyone’s safety, we ask that all pets be restrained—dogs on leashes and cats in secure carriers—before entering the waiting area.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks.

However, we understand that when unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. For unplanned—or even routine and wellness!—veterinary expenses, we recommend utilizing CareCredit. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 or 12 monthly installments.  You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or you can apply online.
